About us
The Center for Environmental Consulting and Auditing (CECA) LLC, being established in March 1st, 2005, was the first company in Ukraine providing environmental, health, safety and social (EHS&S) consulting services in accordance with national and international standards and requirements. CECA is included in the Register of Ecological Auditors of Ukraine. CECA is a particpant of NICOLE, a leading forum of industry, academia and service providers on sustainable land management in Europe.
We assists foreign and national investors, public and private companies to assess risks and define effective management measures. We develop methodologies and analytical reports, conduct monitoring and evaluate effectiveness of the project implementation, elaborate ESIA and conduct EHS&S audits, organize training on requirements of EU Directives, EBRD PRs and IFC PSs and EHS audits. CECA was responsible for elaboration of the “Methodology for Conducting Environmental Audit in Ukraine” which serves as a Guiding document for conducting ecological audit in Ukraine and is posted on theweb site of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine (https://menr.gov.ua/content/metodichni-rekomendacii-shchodo-pidgotovki-zdiysnennya-ta-oformlennya-zvitu-pro-ekologichniy-audit.html).
We expanded our operation to the region of Central Asia, Caucasus and Eastern Europe facilitating a network of EHS specialists in these countries engaged in providing regional and global regulatory support.
